CUSTOMS FEES

We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee's incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

 

HOW LONG BEFORE MY PRODUCT ARRIVES?

We use FedEx International shipping. Delivery takes approximately 2-4 business days. This estimation changes between destination countries. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We will accept new, unopened items that are returned within thirty days of purchase. We will also pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect item, for example).
